سياسة التبديل – Brands Terminal
نحن في Brands Terminal نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نقدم لكم سياسة تبديل مريحة وبسيطة:

  1. سياسة التبديل: يمكنك طلب تبديل المنتج خلال 14 يَوماً من تاريخ استلامه، على أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع جميع ملحقاته وتغليفه الأصلي، وسيُتحقق المندوب من ذلك، وفي حال عدم استيفاء الشروط، لن نتمكن من إجراء التبديل.

  2. مدة التبديل: يتم التبديل خلال يومين من تقديم الطلب.

  3. تكلفة التبديل: تكلفة التبديل هي 3 دنانير بدل توصيل، ويكون التبديل مجانياً في حال كان المنتج أو المقاس خاطئاً، أو إذا كان هناك عيب مصنّعي في المنتج.

Exchange Policy – Brands Terminal
At Brands Terminal, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction, which is why we offer a simple and convenient exchange policy:

  1. Exchange Policy: You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Our representative will verify this, and if the conditions are not met, we will not be able to process the exchange.

  2. Exchange Duration: The exchange will be completed within two days of submitting the request.

  3. Exchange Cost: The exchange cost is 3 JDs for delivery. The exchange is free if the product or size is incorrect or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
